Hart (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Football Team.
Hart logged a career-high 27 snaps on offense last week, adding 22 yards from scrimmage on two touches. His absence from the lineup corresponds with tailback Rashaad Penny's (knee) return to action. The Seahawks will roll with four wide receivers: DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, David Moore and Freddie Swain.
