Okada (hamstring) did not practice Thursday, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
Okada has not participated in a practice nor played in a regular-season game since injuring his hamstring in early September. He would be a longshot to play against the Commanders on Sunday unless he practices in at least a limited capacity Friday. Julian Love (calf) also missed Thursday's practice, so AJ Finley and Rodney Thomas could be the starting safeties for the Seahawks in Week 3.
