The Seahawks elevated Jones from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against the Commanders, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Jones was elevated for the Seahawks' Week 1 win over the Patriots, playing 17 snaps on special teams and none on offense. With Jadarian Price, Emanuel Wilson and George Holani all healthy and active, Jones will likely fulfill a similar role as a special teams ace in Sunday's game against the Commanders.
