The Titans waived Brown (undisclosed) with an injury settlement Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Brown reverted to the Titans' injured-reserve list Thursday. The linebacker has already cleared waivers and is now a free agent able to sign with any franchise once he regains his health.
