Shrader signed with the Colts' practice squad Monday.
Shrader has been cut and re-signed to the Colts' practice squad multiple times this season. It won't be surprising if this continues to happen in future weeks unless Matt Gay suffers another injury, in which case Shrader would likely move to the active roster.
