Tennessee signed Morgan to its practice squad Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Morgan was cut by New Orleans prior to Week 1, but now he's found a new opportunity with a different team. It might take an injury for him to be elevated to the active roster before the end of the season, though.
