Patterson (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Monday's game against the Giants, Dale Lolley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Patterson logged a trio of limited practice sessions this week, but he's nonetheless trending in the wrong direction for Monday's home game against New York. If he can't suit up versus the Giants, Patterson will get the benefit of a bye to rest up before working to return Week 10 at Washington.
