Allar (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday's game against Cleveland, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.
Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph are active for the AFC North showdown with the Browns, and Will Howard (coach's decision) will serve as the emergency quarterback. As a result, Allar will be a healthy scratch for the fourth consecutive week.
