Seumalo (pectoral) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Seumalo has been unable to practice since injuring his pectoral in late August. His next chance at suiting up will be Week 4 against the Colts on Sept. 29. Spencer Anderson will start at left guard for the third consecutive game.
