Buggs (ankle) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice session, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Buggs was sidelined for the last two games due to an ankle issue, but he should be back in action against the Titans on Sunday. Across the last four games, he's recorded nine tackles (two solo) and a pass defense.
