Buggs (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans, Burt Lauten of the Steelers' official site reports.
This will make the fourth straight game that Buggs does not play and the third he has missed due to a lingering ankle injury. The nose tackle has held a rotational role, accumulating 17 tackles on the season and 24 or more defensive snaps in each of the last four games he has appeared in.
