Ramsey (wrist) is expected to play Thursday against the Browns, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.
Ramsey is listed as questionable, but the veteran defensive back is planning to suit up after breaking his wrist during Pittsburgh's Week 3 win over the Bengals. Having Ramsey available would help provide some stability to a Steelers secondary that lost Joey Porter (back), who was traded to Dallas on Wednesday.
