Ward (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday night's game against the Browns.
The Steelers signed Ward to the 53-man practice squad Nov. 16, but he will be a healthy scratch for a second straight game. Ward could suit up in Week 13 against the Bengals on Sunday, Dec. 1 if one of Najee Harris, Jaylen Warren or Cordarrelle Patterson were to be sidelined.
