Fields (hamstring) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Fields was inactive in Week 8 against the Giants, but he's back healthy following Pittsburgh's Week 9 bye. With Russell Wilson having since taken over as the Steelers' starting quarterback while guiding Pittsburgh to two wins in as many outings, Fields will return to the top backup role Sunday against the Commanders. Third-string quarterback Kyle Allen is likely to be inactive for Week 10.
