Parker was waived by the Giants on Tuesday, Michael Elsen of the Giants' official site reports.
Parker was signed to the active roster Monday and suited up for the Giants' loss against the Chiefs. Parker only appeared with the special teams unit for 12 snaps. If not re-signed after clearing waivers, the 25-year-old will be hoping to sign with a fourth team in three years.
