The Cowboys waived Parker on Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Parker suited up for eight contests with Dallas last season, notching eight tackles (five solo). The 25-year-old will now have to search for a depth role elsewhere. He isn't a strong candidate to achieve IDP fantasy relevance this season.
