Parker was waived by the Dolphins on Thursday, Travis Wingfield of the team's official site reports.
Parker made four starts and played in 14 games last season for Miami, recording 20 tackles (15 solo), three defended passes and two interceptions. The 2018 undrafted free agent will now look to sign on with another squad ahead of the start of the regular season.
