The Giants released Conner on Sunday, Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports.
Conner had spent the majority of last season with the Dolphins, catching nine of his 15 targets for 91 yards across nine outings before being released and catching on with the Giants' practice squad. The 28-year-old will now look to catch on with another team.
