Carrington signed with the Texans on Tuesday.
Carrington is a 29-year-old, six-year veteran, who has played for both Buffalo and St. Louis since entering the NFL in 2010. He'll be part of the mix of defensive ends getting reps with J.J. Watt (back) still out.
