Fisher (thumb) has been ruled out against the Giants on Sunday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Fisher was held out of practice all week due to a thumb injury, leaving the Texans with one less offensive tackle for Sunday's contest. Houston is on a bye for Week 8, so Fisher's next chance to suit up is Week 9 against the Chargers on Sunday, Nov. 8.
