Cooks (neck/foot) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears.
With Cooks unable to suit up, the depth of the Texans' wideout corps is further challenged in Week 14. In his absence, Keke Coutee (knee) figures to be busy Sunday, while Chad Hansen will once again be in line to see an expanded role in the team's passing attack.
