Hill was carted off with a right leg injury during Houston's preseason game against the Rams on Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The safety did not record a stat before exiting. Hill is fighting for a roster spot after appearing in two games and making no tackles for the Texans last year.
