Hoyer (concussion/ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.
We'll continue to monitor Hoyer's less-than-secure Week 16 status, but if he can't play Sunday against the Titans in the Texans' 1:00 ET kickoff, Brandon Weeden would be in line to start at QB for the team this weekend.
