Hoyer (concussion) was limited at practice again Thursday.
Per ESPN's Tania Ganguli, Hoyer is still going through the NFL's concussion protocol, despite having practiced the past two days. If Hoyer can't play Sunday against the Titans, Brandon Weeden would be in line to start at QB for the Texans this weekend. Note that the Texans are off on Christmas Day, so it's possible that Hoyer's Week 16 status won't be updated again before Saturday.
