Though Hoyer practiced in a limited fashion Wednesday, he is still in the NFL's concussion protocol, ESPN's Tania Ganguli reports.
Meanwhile, coach Bill O'Brien noted that the Texans will determine Hoyer's availability for Sunday's game against the Titans later in the week. With T.J. Yates having suffered a torn ACL in Week 15, Brandon Weeden would be in line to draw Sunday's start at QB for the Texans if Hoyer is not cleared to do so.
