In such a scenario, Brandon Weeden would get the start Sunday, with B.J Daniels serving as the Texans' backup with Hoyer unavailable. That said, CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora is reporting that Hoyer is progressing and the team believes he's on track for a Week 17 return.
