Head coach Bill O'Brien said after Sunday's win at Tennessee that Hoyer will start in Week 17 at Indianapolis, if he clears the concussion protocol, Drew Dougherty of the Texans' official site reports.

Sidelined since suffering a concussion in Week 14 against the Patriots, Hoyer would replace Brandon Weeden, who kept the Texans' playoff hopes alive with 15-of-24 passing for 200 yards and two touchdowns versus the Titans.
