Stroud (concussion) wasn't spotted at practice Wednesday, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports.
Stroud, who remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, has two more opportunities to log practice reps ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans. If Stroud is unable to gain clearance for Week 15 action, Davis Mills would be in line to start at quarterback for the Texans.
