The Texans activated Taylor (ankle) to the 53-man roster from injured reserve Tuesday.
Taylor resumed practicing in full mid-December, so it appears he'll be ready to contribute during Monday's wild-card round matchup against the Steelers. Expect the defensive end to handle a depth role on defense and also take snaps on special teams.
