Horton is stepping away from the Texans to deal with a personal health matter.
The rookie fourth-round pick has 13 tackles and two QB hits in 10 appearances this year, averaging 17.5 snaps per game on defense and 9.8 on special teams. Horton said he will provide updates from time to time while focusing on his health first and foremost.
