To'oTo'o is in concussion protocol following Sunday's 41-21 win at New England, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
It's not totally clear when To'oTo'o suffered a concussion, but his availability for Week 7 is now up in the air regardless. The Texans' first official practice report of the week Wednesday should shed some more light on his status.
