Coulter (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Jaguars, Sarah Bishop of ESPN.com reports.
Coulter came off IR before the Week 8 bye, but the rookie fifth-round pick's NFL debut will remain on hold. The Texans are rolling out six healthy wide receivers instead. Coulter will eye a Week 10 matchup against the Browns as his next chance to finally take the field.
