Scruggs (foot) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against Kansas City.
Scruggs will miss his third straight game due to a foot injury he sustained in Week 13 against the Jaguars. His next opportunity to play will be Christmas Day against the Chiefs. Tytus Howard will continue to start at left guard due to Scruggs' injury.
