Lassiter is listed as the Texans' No. 2 cornerback on the team's unofficial depth chart, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.
The 2024 second-round pick out of Georgia seems to be impressing Houston's coaching staff early, as he's already listed as a starter on the Texans' unofficial depth chart. Lassiter recorded 75 total tackles, including 8.5 tackles for loss, while also defending 12 passes over his final two collegiate seasons. He's now expected to start alongside Derek Stingley in Houston's revamped secondary ahead of the team's 2024 campaign.
