Coutee (knee) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Bears.
The Texans' already-depleted wide receiver corps will also be without Brandin Cooks (foot/neck) on Sunday, so as long as Coutee avoids any-in-game setbacks, he figures to be a focal part of the team's Week 14 passing attack, with Chad Hansen also in line to see expanded opportunities.
