Howard (hamstring) has no injury designation for Sunday's matchup against the Patriots.
Howard logged his first full practice of the week Friday, and he'll be active for the Texans' Week 6 outing. The 6-foot-5 offensive tackle has missed one game so far this year, and it was last week against the Bills.
