The Texans signed Williams on Tuesday, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Williams and defensive end Ron'Dell Carter were signed by Houston, which has six defensive linemen on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Williams, a seven-year veteran, has some history with general manager Nick Caserio, having played with the Patriots in 2020.
