Hooker (shoulder) will not play in Sunday's matchup the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official website reports.
Hooker injured his shoulder in Week 16 and followed that up with three DNPs in practice this week. As a result, Mike Brown is the likely candidate to again fill in at safety alongside Daryl Worley in Jacksonville.
