Hooker recorded 11 tackles (eight solo) Sunday in a 17-10 victory versus Carolina.
Hooker's tackle total led the Titans and marked his second double-digit performance of the season. The veteran safety continues to be a near every-down starter for Tennessee and has already hit a new career high with 67 stops on the campaign. Hooker has also recorded one interception and one forced fumble.
