Adams is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Adams was signed by the Titans off Pittsburgh's practice squad Wednesday, but he'll have to wait to make his debut with the team. He has yet to appear in a game this season but has been a significant contributor on both defense and special teams in past campaigns.
