Hubbard (concussion) was a full participant at the Titans' practice Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Hubbard missed the team's Week 9 loss to the Steelers with a concussion, but he now looks ready to go ahead of Week 10. The 32-year-old will return to his starting role at right tackle when Tennessee squares off with the Buccaneers on Sunday.
