Flott (quadriceps) is active for Sunday's game against the Giants, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Flott has been cleared to return from a one-game absence due to a quadriceps injury that he sustained in practice during Week 2 prep. He'll start at outside cornerback opposite Alontae Taylor, with Micah Robinson serving in a depth role.
