Jones (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Colts, Ben Arthur of Fox Sports reports.
Jones missed the Titans' Week 5 matchup prior to the team's bye in Week 6. However, the extra rest didn't help his knee issue, as he failed to practice in any capacity during the week. Jones has served almost exclusively on special teams this season, so his absence isn't likely to significantly affect Tennessee's defense.
