Jones (hamstring) wasn't spotted at practice Wednesday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Jones still has a couple more chances to rejoin his teammates on the practice field in advance of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, but he appears to be further behind in his recovery from his hamstring injury than fellow starting wideout A.J. Brown, who was on the field Wednesday. Both players were inactive in this past Sunday's loss to the Jets, which led to more opportunities for Chester Rogers, Josh Reynolds and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.
