Mullings is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Broncos due to an ankle injury, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
Mullings appeared to injure his right ankle during the Titans' punt return in the first quarter, per Turron Davenport of ESPN.com. Julius Chestnut would serve as the Titans' lone backup running back behind Tony Pollard if Mullings is unable to return.
