Peko was signed to the Titans' 53-man roster from their practice squad Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of team's official site reports.
Peko was elevated from the practice squad for each of the team's first two contests and now receives a more permanent bump up. In a corresponding move, the team waived fellow defensive lineman Jayden Peevy.
