Philips (shoulder) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' officials site reports.
Philips, who was inactive for last week's win over the Raiders after heading into the contest listed as doubtful, sported what Wyatt described as a "yellow caution jersey" during Wednesday's session. Unless the rookie fifth-round pick is able to practice fully by Friday, he'll likely approach Sunday's game against the Colts with an injury designation.
