Mariota completed 25 of 38 passes for 290 yards and two touchdowns while rushing five times for 29 yards in Sunday's 24-17 loss at Indianapolis.
Mariota struggled early, but got things going after falling behind 21-0. He connected with running back DeMarco Murray from three yards out with 20 seconds left in the first half, then hit Tajae Sharpe from 34 yards out in the third. While he couldn't complete the comeback here, evidence continues to mount that the second-year quarterback has made a major leap. He has 19 passing touchdowns and just three interceptions since Week 5.
