Weaver (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Weaver suffered the injury during Sunday's Week 3 win over the Colts. He had seen the majority of his playing time on special teams and logged only two total tackles across two games.
