Tannehill (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Tannehill practiced for the first time since Week 6, but his status for this Sunday's game in Tampa Bay doesn't hold as much weight following head coach Mike Vrabel's announcement Tuesday that Will Levis will start at quarterback going forward. If healthy enough to play this Sunday in Tampa Bay, Tannehill will serve as the Titans' No. 2 quarterback ahead of Malik Willis.
